Bore Water and Spear Water Testing - Our approach to water testing

Firstly we evaluate water quality to allow us to start working on the best solution for your water source. Some complex bore waters may require us to start with an accurate water analysis to show its individual make up. We need to evaluate what you are trying to achieve with your water. Only then, can we recommend the appropriate solution of water treatment to match the bore analysis and the intended use of the water.

We recommend having your bore or spear water tested for the following, at least.

  • Salinity Level
  • Nitrate
  • pH Level
  • Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)

Testing for the following, is recommended if your spear water, has not been tested in the last 3 - 5 years.

pH level, Lead, Copper, Arsenic, Nitrates, Iron Levels, Manganese, Hardness, Sulphate, Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide(ppm), Total Dissolved Solids(ppm), Saturation Index, Sodium Absorbtion Ratio(sar), Alkalinity(ppm as CaCO3), Sodium(Na),Potassium(K), Calcium(Ca), Magnesium(Mg), Hydrogen(H0, Ammonium(NH4), Ammonia(NH3), Bicarbonate(HCO3), Carbonate(CO3/2), Phosphate(HxPO4x), Chlorides(Ci), Flouride(F), Silica(Si), Boron(B), Cobalt(Co), Iodine(I), Molybdenum(Mo), Selenium(Se), Tin(Sn), Vanadium(v), Zinc(Zn), Aluminium(Al/mg/L), Barium(Ba), Berylium(Be), Bismuth(Bi), Cadmium(Cd), Chromium(Cr), Germanium(Ge), Gold(Au), Lithium(Li), Mercury(Hg), Nickel(Ni), Platinum(Pt), Silver(Ag), Strontium(Sr), Titanium(Ti), Tungsten(W), Uranium(U).
